  • 2.5 Orange Jam (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice (fresh squeezed juice of an orange)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
  • ½ tbsp Garlic (2 to 3 cloves, minced)
  • ½ tbsp Sambal Chili Paste (or any vegan chili garlic sauce)
  • 3 to 4 Green Onion (diced, white for sauce and green garnish)
