  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 large bunch collard greens, stems removed, leaves roughly chopped
  • Salt, to taste
