Creamy gochujang and sausage spaghetti

  • ½tbs oregano
  • 2tsp garlic purée or 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs gochujang paste
  • 120ml Elmlea light single cream
  • Pasta water
  • Chilli and parsley to garnish
