Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower, grated
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 oz fresh Parmesan, finely grated (**WFPB: 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or vegan Parmesan)
  • 2 tablespoons  vegetable stock
  • Juice of one lemon (+ zest, if you like)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter divided (**WFPB: sauté with water or broth)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
