Ingredients
  • 1 lb baby Dutch yellow potatoes, cut in half (or quartered medium potatoes)
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings (optional)
  • drizzle olive oil
  • 3 ears sweet corn, cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning (or more)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (or more)
  • ½ lemon, sliced thin
  • 1 lb sausage fully cooked
  • 1 lb shrimp uncooked, peeled, deveined, tails on
  • 4 TB butter
  • 1 can beer
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cut up potatoes. Microwave potatoes and onions on high for 8 minutes until potatoes are firm but cooked.
  3. Place potatoes & onion in greased pan. Dizzle with a little olive oil.
  4. Place corn on top of potatoes and sprinkle on salt, Old Bay and garlic.
  5. Layer on lemon, sausage and shrimp. Sprinkle seasoning again.
  6. Dollop peices of butter over top.
  7. Pour enough beer into pan so that it can steam. Cover tightly with foil or lid.
  8. Cook 425 for 20 min.
