Ingredients
- 500g plain flour
- 2 tsp table salt
- 1 tpsn white sugar
- 260ml water, lukewarm
- 1 sachet/7g yeast
- 40g melted butter
- Coarse salt or cheese for topping
- Lye solution 4% [1 sachet in 1.25L water]
- In one small jug or pan mix the water, yeast and sugar. In another, melt the
