Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges with Garlic Avocado Aioli

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • subheading: 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice:
