CHILI GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients
  • 100 gr red Thai chilies or other to liking
  • 3 shallot
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cup plain rice or white wine vinegar
  • 4 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 9 tbsp vegetable oil, or coconut oil
Steps
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small pot, cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
