Instant Pot Ravioli and Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
  • 1 - 24 oz. jar of sauce “Spaghetti sauce of your choice” or same amount homemade
  • 1 lb. Lean Grounded Beef
  • 1 bag 3 Cheese Ravioli Frozen ( use what is needed fot the layers)
  • ⅓ Cup of either grated Parmesan or Mozzarella for the top
Steps
  1. SAUCE
  2. 1 - 24 oz. jar of sauce “Spaghetti sauce of your choice” or same amount homemade
  3. 1 lb. Lean Grounded Beef
  4. Season to your taste - (I add onion powder, garlic powder and Salt & Pepper)
  5. I generally make my sauce ahead with the cooked ground beef included and freeze ahead.
  6. Using a 7” Spring form pan, layer sauce, ravioli, spinach and repeat. I did 3 layers.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and add 1 Cup water the IP, place the Lasagna on the trivet and close lid. Seal and set to manual ( High Pressure) for 25 minutes, NPR 20 minutes.  After removing , lift the foil and sprinkle top with Mozzarella and close the foil back to melt cheese and let set to cool for at least 15 minutes. Then remove the spring form.
Notes
  • Spice it up as you like. I added no layers of cheese due to the ravioli being cheese filled.
