Cheesecake Factory Buffalo Blasts
Ingredients
  • 2 sheets cut da carb flatbread
  • 3 oz cream cheese, warmed
  • 1½ C shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup franks red hot sauce
Steps
  1. Prepare air fryer basket and preheat to 300
  2. Cut flatbread into even squares
  3. Thinly spread a layer of cream cheese over each square and place 1 tbsp filling in the center of each.
  4. Fold one corner diagonally over filling to opposite corner. Press edges down to seal.
  5. Place buffalo blasts into air fryer basket and spray each side lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry 5 minutes per side. If baking these increase the temp to 350 and add 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  7. Once your buffalo blasts are golden and crisp add them to serving tray of choice.
  8. Serve with ranch, blue cheese or sauce of choice
