  • 155 g water/ water
  • 10 g vegetable oil
  • 40 g old French noodles/ starter (the remaining old bread can be kept in the freezer)

  • Scallion Filling
  • 10~15 shallots/ scallions
  • 2 tsp salt/ salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar or white sugar
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  •  
  • Concentrated sugar water / Syrup
  • 30 g light brown sugar or white sugar
  • 30 g water/ water
  • Appropriate amount of white sesame/ white sesame
