Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp Chinese black vinegar or rice vinegar

  • 1 to 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 inch knob fresh ginger , peeled and minced (makes around 1.5 tbsp minced)
  • 1 small red bell pepper , seeded and diced
  • 1 bird’s eye chili , optional for extra heat
  • Drizzle of sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped
