Servings: Coats 3 to 4 pieces of chicken breast or pork

Servings: Coats 3-4 pieces of chicken breast or pork
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten Free Bread crumbs
  • ¼ C Almond Flour
  • ¼ C Grated Parmesan
  • 1Tbsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ¾ Tbsp Paprika (not smoked)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp Water
Steps
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour out on dinner plate. Whisk egg and water.
  2. Dip chops in egg then in dry breading.
  3. Spritz then Air fry, bake or fry in avocado oil.
Notes
  • Can use this for veggies too
