Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • coconut whipped cream (optional)
  • cacao nibs+ cherries (optional)
Steps
  1. Blend spinach, mint, and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
  • *Use a frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
