- Corn Soufflé
- 4 cans of corn, drained
- 12 Tab butter
- 4 Tab sugar
- 4 tab flour
- 1 cup ½ & ½
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 3 teas. Baking powder
- subheading: Topping:
- 4 Tab butter
- 4 Tab brown sugar
- ½ teas cinnamon
- Melt butter with sugar in large pan till melted, stir in flour, remove.
- Stir in cream, eggs, and baking powder, stir in corn. Pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered @ 350 45 to 60 min. (Don't grease dish). Spread with topping till mixture bubbles.
