CORN SOUFFLE

  1. Corn Soufflé
  2. 4 cans of corn, drained
  3. 12 Tab butter
  4. 4 Tab sugar
  5. 4 tab flour
  6. 1 cup ½ & ½
  7. 8 eggs, beaten
  8. 3 teas. Baking powder
  9. subheading: Topping:
  10. 4 Tab butter
  11. 4 Tab brown sugar
  12. ½ teas cinnamon
  13. Melt butter with sugar in large pan till melted, stir in flour, remove.
  14. Stir in cream, eggs, and baking powder, stir in corn. Pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered @ 350 45 to 60 min. (Don't grease dish). Spread with topping till mixture bubbles.
