  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3 to 5 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • subheading: For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips (8 oz)
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ C heavy cream
