Weight Watchers Strawberry Pie
Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp low-calorie sweetener or sugar, (I used monk fruit with erythritol. If using sweetener, it must be a 1:1 ratio product)
  • subheading: For The Filling:
  • 1 16 oz package fresh strawberries, with the ends cut off, sliced or quartered
  • 6 tbsp low-calorie sweetener or sugar, (I used monk fruit with erythritol. If using sweetener, it must be a 1:1 ratio product)
  • 1 package zero sugar strawberry Jell-o
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
