Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork sausage, brown & drain well
  • 2 ¼ cup milk
  • 12 large eggs; use 15 if large group
  • 1 ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can crescent rolls
Steps
  1. In 9 x 13 greased pan unroll the croissant without separating and lay in bottom of pan.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over the rolls.
  3. In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt; then mix in cheese and slowly pour over rolls. Don't worry if rolls lift.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until knife comes out clean.
Notes
  • Recipe can be halved. You can also add bacon or ham in place of sausage
