Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box of cake mix (yellow or pineapple) along with the ingredients required for the mix
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Bottle of non-alcoholic pina colada mix
  • Large tub of Cool Whip
Steps
  1. Bake a cake (yellow or pineapple) in a 13x9 pan following the directions on the box.
  2. Mix 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 to 2 cans worth of non-alcoholic pina colada mix in a bowl.  It should be thick enough to coat a spoon but not stick too long.
  3. Just a few minutes after the cake is out of the oven, use the handle end of a wooden spoon (or something of a similar diameter) to poke a bunch of holes in the cake and then pour the mix over the cake.
  4. Put it in the fridge until it is cool, min 1 hour.
  5. Cover with a 1 to 2 inch layer of whipped cream.
