Bobo's Creamcheese Cinnamon French Toast
Bobo's recipe for creamcheese French toast. Loved by everyone in our family.
Ingredients
  • •1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Raisin Cinnamon Bread
  • •1 dozen large eggs
  • •⅓ cup maple syrup
  • •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • •2 cups milk
  • •2 boxes Philadelphia cream cheese
  • •cinnamon powder to taste
Steps
  1. 1. Cut bread into 3rds one way then the other.
  2. 2. Mix together the eggs, vanilla extract, syrup, milk, and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. 3. Cut the creamcheese into ¼ sized squares
  4. 4. Spray a 9x13 glass dish then layer in this order: bread, creamcheese, bread, creamcheese, and finally the mixture.
  5. 5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and cover and refrigerate over night.
  6. 6. Pull out the baking dish and let come to room temperature.
  7. 7. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Cut into squares and add butter and syrup to serve
