Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Drizzle and Whiskey Frosting

2 cups granulated sugar

¾ cup cocoa powder unsweetened

1 tablespoon dry espresso powder optional

⅔ cup sour cream

2 large eggs room temperature

2 tbsp vanilla extract

2 cup all-purpose flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

subheading: For the Bailey's Drizzle:

6 ounces Bailey’s Regular or Salted Caramel

2 tablespoons sugar

subheading: For the Frosting:

1 stick butter softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoons vanilla

4 tablespoons Irish Whiskey
