  • 1 ¼ cup (270 ml) fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 3/5 cup (150 ml) fresh mint, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ricotta cheese
  • ½ tsp (2 ml) lemon zest, finely grated
