Chicken Chili

Ingredients
  • 3 cubed raw chicken
  • Season the chicken with paprika,salt,pepper, and garlic powder, and table spoon of olive oil for a few hours
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped celery
  • 1 taco packet seasoning
  • 1 jar salsa verde
  • 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
  • 2 cans white beans (don’t strain)
  • 4 ounces velveeta
  • 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
Steps
  1. Cook the onion and chicken in the crockpot for 2 to 3 hours. Then add in all the other ingredients cook on low for 2 hours. Go in and break chicken into small pieces and cook another 30 minutes on low
