Ingredients
- 3 cubed raw chicken
- Season the chicken with paprika,salt,pepper, and garlic powder, and table spoon of olive oil for a few hours
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped celery
- 1 taco packet seasoning
- 1 jar salsa verde
- 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 cans white beans (don’t strain)
- 4 ounces velveeta
- 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
Steps
- Cook the onion and chicken in the crockpot for 2 to 3 hours. Then add in all the other ingredients cook on low for 2 hours. Go in and break chicken into small pieces and cook another 30 minutes on low
