Skinny Classic Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
  • 12 oz. (about 3 cups) BARILLA PROTEIN PLUS or WHOLE  GRAIN ELBOW MACARONI
  • 2 Tbsp VINEGAR or pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • ½ cup KRAFT LIGHT MAYO
  • ½ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup green, yellow, or red onion, diced
  • ½ medium red pepper, diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, diced and optional
