  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing (optional)
