Low Carb Ketogenic Stromboli
Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (this seemed like a lot to me, and I like spicy things. I used only ½ tsp and it was plenty!)
  • ¼ cup finely ground pork rinds or "pork dust" (ground to a powder)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices salami OR any thinly sliced Italian meats your little heart desires
