My Most Realistic Gluten-Free, Low-Carb Bread Rolls
Ingredients
  • 2⅓ cups Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2, (575 mL)
  • OR  2½ cups  Keto Bake Mix (625 mL)
  • 1 tsp instant yeast (5 mL)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (5 mL)
  • 1 /2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 /4 tsp salt (1 mL)
  • 2½ cups shredded Mozzarella (625 mL)
  • (I used the brand from Costco)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (125 g)
  • 2 large eggs, fork beaten
  • 1 /4 cup sour cream (60 mL)
