- 1 yellow onion
- chopped (≈1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic
- minced (≈2 teaspoons)
- 10 oz baby spinach (≈12 cups)
- 2 pears coarsely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup millet rinsed & drained
- 1⁄4 cup roasted pecans chopped
