This Indian chicken biryani recipe brings a certain aura and different feel when you make this in the kitchen.   • ⅓ cup corriander

  • 2 cups basmati rice (or regular white rice if you prefer)
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 bays leaves
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 pods cardamom
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh mint
