Ziti Bake
  • 16 oz ziti, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 oz ricotta
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 jars ragu, 1 lb 10 oz size
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
  1. Brown beef with a dash of Italian seasoning. Add ricotta, parmesan, salt, pepper, and egg. Add 1 jar Ragu, mix well. Add cooked ziti. Pour into 9x13 casserole. Spread enough of the 2nd Ragu jar over top to cover. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  2. Can be made ahead and refrigerated. If cold, increase baking time.
