Instant Pot Ghirardelli Brownies
Ingredients
  • Ghirardelli Triple Fudge Brownie mix - I used Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅛ cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • one 4 oz container of organic applesauce
  • 2 flower shaped silicone trays
Steps
  1. Spray the 7 sections of the two silicone pans with canola oil cooking spray.
  2. Put 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot liner and then put the trivet in there.
  3. Mix the brownie mix, oil, egg, and applesauce together with a wooden spoon and pour the mixture into each of the 12 sections (left middle space empty on both trays) about ¼ to 3/8 inch from top.
  4. Carefully place the filled silicone pan on the trivet, spacing the two trays with 3 canning jar rings, and offsetting the 2nd tray on top. Then put the lid on with it sealed.
  5. Set the Instant Pot for Manual 11 minutes with a 10 minute NPR.
  6. Carefully pull the silicone pan up out of the Instant Pot and put a plate upside-down on the top and then flip it over. Give each section of the silicone pan a little squeeze and wiggle and the brownies should come out perfectly.
