5 Anaheim peppers (or poblano)

2 tbsp butter

3 eggs

1 small red onion

2 tsp garlic

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

4 tsp chicken bouillon powder (or vegetable bouillon for vegetarian preferences)

2 cups water

2 cups milk

8 oz cream cheese

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese

1 cup cheddar (I used cheddar jack)
