  • tomato paste 6 teaspoons
  • 5 teaspoons butter (⅓ stick )
  • 1 tablespoon whole allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 peppercorns
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
