  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. granulated garlic or 1 to 2 cloves, minced
  • 4 carrots, chunked into bite size pieces
  • 4 red potatoes, chunked into bite size pieces
