CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING

2 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter

Servings: Makes one deep dish pie

Heat 2 cups milk til just before boiling point.

IN A SEPARATE BOWL, Mix..

sugar, flour and cocoa. (add a bit of milk to this and whisk) Slowly pour into hot milk and stir til thick.

Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla and butter. Stir well and let cool a bit and pour into baked pie shell.

Top with whipped cream, when cold.
