Ingredients
  • 2 cups chickpea flour, sifted, if lumpy, plus more for dusting
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1.5 teaspoons natural cane sugar, see notes for options
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil, I used avocado oil
  • 4 tablespoons warm water, more, if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Optional: large grain sea salt for topping
