Servings: 2 mini waffles or 1 regular size
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup dry oats
  • 3 TBLS egg whites
  • ⅓ cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  •  
  • subheading: OPTIONAL:
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp Allulose sweetener or Swerve confectioners sweetener
  • Serve with fresh fruit and sugar-free syrup
Steps
  1. Blend oats until they are smooth, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth again.
  2. Pour 4 TBLS (half of the batch) onto a Dash mini waffle maker (or the full amount onto a standard waffle maker)
  3. Leave on waffle iron to cook until the timer sounds and the waffles appear to your liking. You may want to cook a little longer if you prefer a crispy texture.
