Ingredients
- ⅓ cup dry oats
- 3 TBLS egg whites
- ⅓ cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- subheading: OPTIONAL:
- ⅛ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp Allulose sweetener or Swerve confectioners sweetener
- Serve with fresh fruit and sugar-free syrup
Steps
- Blend oats until they are smooth, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth again.
- Pour 4 TBLS (half of the batch) onto a Dash mini waffle maker (or the full amount onto a standard waffle maker)
- Leave on waffle iron to cook until the timer sounds and the waffles appear to your liking. You may want to cook a little longer if you prefer a crispy texture.
