Ingredients
- subheading: Pie:
- ½ cup bisquick baking mix
- ¼ cup white granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- ¼ to 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (21 oz) Cherry pie filling - drained (keep the liquid)
- subheading: Streusel topping:
- ¼ cup bisquick mix
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ to 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp or 2 tbsp softened butter
- (stir together the bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon together, cut in the butter and blend until you get coarse crumb texture, I started off with 1 tbsp of butter and added a second one because I thought it looked too dry, I forgot to mention this in the video).
