  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract and/or 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon grass-fed collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon whey protein powder unflavoured
  • 2 to 4 ice cubes optional
  • Good pinch of salt to taste optional
