Zucchini and Bacon Slice (Keto, G.F, Paleo)
Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 brown onion, finely diced
  • 250 gm bacon, diced
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled to room temp
  • 3 Tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened
  • 3 teaspoons of nutritional yeast * optional
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds for topping*optional
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh parsley for topping
