20 ounces fresh tortellini of your choice

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 bunch fresh basil leaves

10 to 20 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes

1 ½ cups heavy cream or half-and-half

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

5.2-ounce package Boursin (any flavor), or garlic herb cheese, cut into chunks (optional)

2 tablespoons - ¼ cup hot sauce (optional)
