Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, about 1 ¼ lb. (625 g.)
  • 4 Tbs. (2 fl. oz./60 ml.) olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (1 oz./30 g.) grated hard cheese, such as Parmesan
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
