Stir Fried Brussel Sprouts
PREP TIME: 15 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 lb thinly sliced Brussel Sprouts ( or sub cabbage)
  • ½ an onion (white, yellow or sweet) thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2  tablespoon olive oil or cocout oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper , more to taste
  • 8 to 10 oz large shrimp or prawns -raw or cooked, peeled and deveined (or make this Crispy Tofu)
  • drizzle of toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Furikake, more to taste!
  • chili flakes, chili threads, or sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced for garnish
