  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into ½-inch wide strips
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into ½-inch wide strips
  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple in juice)
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs (for garnish; optional)
