Ingredients
  • Squash
  • Milk
  • Broth
  • 1 pack of Greek yougurt
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pasta
  • Breadcrumbs
Steps
  1. Mac n cheese the healthy way. For very picky kids.
  2. Squash, milk and bouillon in instant pot on 15 minutes manual. Opened after 10 minutes natural release. You can take some liquid out until you can see how is the texture since you don't want the mix to be very watery. Mix with hand held  mixer. Added 1 pack of Greek yogurt, some cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. While squash was in the pot I boiled pasta. Now I will mix prepared squash mix with pasta. When I am in the rush it can be eaten right away. If I have time I put it into baking dish, sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese and in hot oven 425F for half an hour. Also I always leave butternut squash mix for myself to enjoy as a soup! Love it. I put All  ingredients without measuring. U cannot do anything wrong in this recipe.
