  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (225 gr), or more

  • 2 tsp gochugaru/Korean chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tbsp corn syrup/granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • Finely chopped scallions/green onions
