  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Kozlik’s Dijon Classique Mustard
  • 2 oz smoked gruyere cheese, fine grated
  • 4 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano, fine grated
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
