Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz marscapone or cream cheese
  • 1 cup roasted radishes
  • ½ cup mozzarella shredded
Steps
  1. Roast radishes at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min and cool for 10 min
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender and liquefy
  3. Put parchment paper on baking sheet and pour liquid on paper
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
