Dried Bean Chili
Chili with dried bean, beef, and potatoes O'Brien
Ingredients
  • 2lb ground beef (93/7%) frozen tubes
  • 1 lb dried red kidney beans
  • 4 cups unsalted beef broth
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp Homemade Taco spice mix
  • ½ bag Orieda Potato O'Brien
  • 28oz can diced tomatoes
  • tomato paste on top
Steps
  1. Place ingredients into IP liner in the order above.
  2. Cook 45 to 50 minutes hp/ full npr (expect about 45 minutes for this and I think it took about 20 minutes to come to pressure. I guess about 2.5 hours overall.
  3. I chopped up the meat a bit at the end, you can lift out the chunks or we used our meat chopper upper on the bottom to avoid smooching all the beans.
  4. Stir and enjoy!
