Ingredients
  • One large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar free chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine the egg yolk, melted butter and vanilla and stir with a fork until blended. Add the almond flour ,sweetener baking powder and mix well with a spoon then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Make two balls out of the dough and place on the lined baking sheet bake for 12 minutes at 350°.
  4. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool. They will firm up as they cool
  5. Make sure to press these cookies into shape before baking. The dough does not expand like typical cookie dough
